1.1 How long will it take for my order to arrive?

In order for us to offer the best brands and deals, our products are sourced directly from wholesalers and retailers. Getting your order delivered to you requires a few steps. In most situations, we will ship your order within 3-5 working days and you will receive it within 5-7 working days.

1.2 How do I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail confirmation, along with a tracking number provided by the Swiss Post Office. You can check the exact status of the delivery of the package on the website. Once your order has been shipped, you package will be delivered in approximately 1-2 working days. If you are not home, your package will be available for pick-up at your nearest Post Office for 7 days.

1.3 What kind of credit card payments do you accept?

Currently Junkfood Supermarket only accepts the following credit cards:
Your credit card payment will be entered on our payment partner's website (Sixt). Commercial transactions are encrypted and made secure through use of SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and 3D Secure (verified by Visa and MasterCard SecurCode) security standards. They were developed to guarantee the highest possible security when sending, authenticating, authorizing and storing data.

1.4 What other methods of payment do you accept?

Junkfood Supermarket has partnered with SwissBilling SA to provide you with invoice payment as an alternate method of payment and they will send you an electronic invoice by e-mail or an invoice by Post as soon as your order has left the Junkfood Supermarket warehouse. Payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice issuance. SwissBilling SA reserves the right to verify your credit history with CRIF AG in ZURICH ( before validating any order. SwissBilling SA reserves itself the right to accept or decline or cancel your order, to limit your credit line or to request your order to be paid with an alternate method of payment.

Junkfood Supermarket also accepts payments via Paypal. Paypal is one of the largest e-commerce company in the World so your data is safe and secure. If you have an existing Paypal account, simply log in to use your funds or stored credit card. Paypal also offers you an alternate process where you do not need to register in order to pay the invoice with your regular credit card.

1.5 Has my credit card been charged for the order I placed?

Orders placed using a credit card or Paypal are charged for the amount due at the order submission. If we are unable to ship any of your items, you will see a refunded portion for canceled items.

2.1 What is your return policy?

For the moment, Junkfood Supermarket will not accept any returns or exchanges of products. Due to sanitary reasons, any order that is returned to us without notification will be destroyed and you will not be credited back.

2.2 What if my order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective?

If the product arrives damaged or not substantially as described on the product information page, Junkfood Supermarket will issue you a refund in the amount charged for the applicable product or provide you with an appropriate exchange at no cost to you.

2.3 Is the content information and nutrional data guaranteed?

Junkfood Supermarket is providing you with up to date contents and nutrional information as provided to us by the product manufacturer. 3.1 What does Junkfood Supermarket charge for shipping?

Shipping costs in Switzerland are set at CHF 10.- for an order value of under CHF 99.- Any order CHF 100.- or above will be provided with free shipping.

3.2 Can you ship internationally?

Our offers are currently limited to billing and shipping addresses in Switzerland, Germany, Austria and France. Please select our German, Austrian or French store to select your items and place your order.

3.3 Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same box?

Usually, yes, your entire order will ship in one package. In certain situations however, such as with very large items, multiple packages may ship to fulfill a single order. If this occurs, you will be notified and you will not be charged additional shipping costs.

3.4 Is it possible to get shipping insurance?

All our packages for delivery in Switzerland are insured directly by the Swiss Post and available for signature delivery only.

3.5 My order has not arrived. What can I do?
